All items are prepared in a health inspected kitchen at Moonlake Golf & Country Club, so you can be assured all items are prepared with care in a professional environment.

About Chef Barry:
Barry was born and raised in Saskatoon. However, trained and lived in Calgary before returning home to share his experience and flavors with Saskatoon.
A graduate of the Calgary's Southern Alberta Institute of Technology culinary arts program, a Red Seal Certified Chef, and holder of a safe food handling certificate from the Saskatoon Regional Health Authority.
Barry has Appeared on the Life Network, been the featured Chef in a national Restaurant magazine and has appeared on Calgary Morning show The Big Breakfast showcasing some of his favorite dishes.
Barry has been the Executive Chef & Director of Food & Beverage at The Moonlake Golf & Country club for the past five years.
Catering to banquets , wedding receptions, a full service restaurant, confectionery quick service menu with family recipes, ( Chef Barry's sister is the baker!) and weekly buffet creations for for an appreciative clientele base consisting of personal and corporate members.
Including the "now famous" Mens & Ladies Night weekly meals!! :)
